Located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town, Ren I Tang Heritage Inn is located in a restored building from the 1800s. Spanning an area of 3 shop house units, the property features free WiFi, a restaurant and small museum on the ground floor, which used to be a medical hall. The breakfast was amazing with fresh local fruit and specialties. The staff was very kind and understanding (especially in light of our late arrival). The location is in the middle of GeorgeTown (and could not be more centrally located with nearby attractions all within walking distance). There's even a decent sized grocery store across the street if needed. The interior of the hotel is a renovated historic shop/warehouse and is full of charm. Highly recommended.

Laid back, clean, and full of very sweet and sociable cats! I love the way the space is decorated and the room itself had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Other guests were quiet and generally kept to themselves but also were very kind in the brief interactions I had. If you love cats I highly recommend :)

Inspired by Chinese shophouses, the property features a large courtyard and classic wall ornaments. Free WiFi is accessible throughout. The best staff in the world, attentive and kind but also self confident and funny. They made our stay amazing and made us feel at home. Very professional and genuine people. Keep it up!!! Fantastic local breakfasts served fresh to the table! The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to anything in Georgetown. The room was spotless clean, free unlimited water and little snacks is a nice touch. The hotel is small and very nicely decorated.

The property is just a 10-minute walk from Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Penang Museum and the large Chinese clan house of Khoo Kongsi. Penang International Airport is a convenient 30-minute drive away. Everything was perfect. Incredible hotel! From the position, decor, staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Joyce at the reception for her help organising my visit of the town.

Noordin Mews is situated a 5-minute walk from Komtar and 1st Avenue. Heritage Area is a 10-minute walk from the hotel while Gurney Drive is a 15-minute drive away. We loved the old-world charm of the place. The breakfast was tasty and had an Asian option that changed daily. The staff were all consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. We brought our small dog along for the trip and she was made to feel welcome and cared for. We loved it so much we booked another stay while we were still there.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. We loved the antique feeling of the room, was very clean and convenient to walk to malls nearby. Service was exceptional, shoutout to Judy for making us feel right at home. Cats were very cute and didn't scratch at all. Room was very unique, with wooden floors and the Nyonya feeling. Very clean and very good location. Breakfast had a great variety and service at the cafe was also good.

Hotel Yeng Keng is located along Chulia Street, 15 minutes on foot from Fort Cornwallis and Khoo Kongsi. Famous food centre, Gurney Drive, is a 10-minute drive away. Great place, nice decor. Looks much better than the pictures :) The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an early flight and the offered to packed breakfast for us! Good location and nice breakfast
