Bamboo Garden Spa provides a range of luxury treatments and beauty therapies, and there is a library filled with thousands of ancient books. Quinta das Lágrimas has a golf driving range and a 9-hole course. It was very luxurious. Staff were all so friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room , bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was delicious

We enjoyed the location, which was close to the parking garage and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and the University. The addition of the washing machine and clothes drying rack was perfect for us as our stay was mid-way through our trip and the clothes dried very well on the sunny balcony during the day. Trying to figure out where we should meet for the parking was a bit confusing. We parked at Olivença Bar and then once we met up with Carlos, it was easy from there. He helped us get into the parking garage (12 euro per night), then helped us wheel our suitcases up to the apartment. We didn't have much luggage or he would have driven the luggage up in the car.

The location was very convenient and central. Easy to pop back through the day. Also was close to transport options. The staff were exceptionally cheerful and helpful. My room looked over a courtyard with plants. It was very quiet.
