The receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel staff communicated with us through WhatsApp every day to check if everything was fine, a first for us and quite impressive hospitality. It was also convenient to request room cleaning just by messaging them. We were initially a bit nervous about our booking after hearing stories of overbookings in Madinah, but the check-in went smoothly. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Very nice stay with clean n caring people and delicious food, especially the one who makes Variety of Tasty Omlets in seconds(Alam from Bangladesh) and Concierge Mr Hussain. Very cooperative people even offered early Checkin n also offering Gahwa with dates after Salah and surprisingly a welcome Fruits basket 🧺 after Checkin, I would recommend everyone who cares about cleanliness, hygiene as well as Real Value for your money👍👏🏻👌😃
