The Old Cisterns are even closer to the hotel. I loved the breakfast, there is a big choice and a variety of tasty foods . The stuff at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. We got an excellent service during our short stay, will be back for sure for a longer stay next year 😁

Located conveniently in historic peninsula, just 300 metres from the sea, Hotel Peninsula features air-conditioned rooms equipped with a refrigerator. Sultanahmet Square is just 300 metres and the Blue Mosque. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly. One of the receptionists even helped me order pizza using his local number, while another, named Kartal, shared fascinating insights about Istanbul's history that you won't find in regular tourist guides. Kartal has a background in history, speaks excellent English, and it was truly a pleasure to talk with him. He also directed me to unusual, non-touristic places, making my visit even more unique and memorable. I highly recommend this place!
