Some apartments have a balcony. OMG, the View!!! I Booked the beachfront house(they gave me one on the 10th floor), and I got 'Wowwwww moment 'at sunrise time on Christmas day at 7:08 am. I am so glad I booked it at the last minute. It was the best decision made during the Miami trip. My friend is also very happy to wake up on the beach at sunrise. Also, the couch in the living room is a convertible bed! There is free valet parking, the lobby has coffee in the morning. 3-minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants down the street. Also full-kitchen set if you want to cook with small free snacks on the house. During my stay, I wake up for an early morning walk along the beach then drive along the coastline further south to Key West.

The hotel provides breakfast, WiFi, and transportation to the beach. Guests can take a refreshing plunge in the outdoor heated pool or relax by the fire pit. This was our second visit and we would come back again. The hotel is perfectly located and easy to reach. The rooms are perfect and the breakfast buffet provides you a wonderful start into your day. Nassau Suite Hotel is located on bustling Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Originally built in 1936 and fully rebuilt and remodeled in 2023, this all suite, art deco hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and features suites with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent location. Great access to the beach second row so you avoid the noise of the first row and yet get the same access to the beach. Great access to high end shopping and dining. Reception staff were very pleasant to deal with and always tried to be helpful.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Every detail was thought of and the owners are incredibly kind and are on site taking care of everything. Breakfast and the daily happy hour was great as was our room the pool and hot tub. The recommended activities and restaurants were also much appreciated. In a heartbeat we would book again!
