The staff í very polite and helpful. The internet connection is good and the beds are clean and very nice. We slept very well. The breakfast was full of fresh fruits. Coffee is good too.

The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Location was great. Just 5 minutes walking away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staffs are very friendly. Thay provided us the direction of the places to be visited. At the time of check out they gave us a little gift.
