With original Cape Dutch décor, all air-conditioned rooms and suites at The Winchester Hotel come with satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. A bathrobe is available in each modern bathroom. Most rooms feature sea or mountain view and some face the Italian piazza style Courtyard. I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, a short drive from the V&A and centre of CT, sea-facing in Seapoint with the full mountain backdrop. Seapoint is really nice with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance and relatively safe (for SA). The hotel itself is gorgeous. It has a beautiful courtyard with red, purple and green Bougainvillea lining the whitewash walls. The hotel food is exceptional too. I love my food and every meal was above average. The room was spacious and had a lovely extension where my girlfriend could get ready. The bathroom was spacious and shower was very big too. To top it off, the staff were super friendly and super helpful. We spoke to them on a daily basis for help booking trips and restaurants and they went above and beyond to assist.

During your stay at the Auberge Burgundy Boutique Hotel & Spa, you can easily visit the popular local restaurants, the craft market, boutiques, art galleries and quaint shopping malls. The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. Tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable pillows and bedding. Clean bathroom, nice shower products. Great location and accommodating overall. Also had an inverter for loadshedding.Did not get to spend enough time here. Next time I come I will take some of the complimentary sherry and brandy from the lobby bar.

Each of the rooms at Poseidon offers harbour and mountain views, and most rooms have a balcony. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and each room has a private bathroom. Really nice accommodation with a fantastic view. Danie and Janni are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. They make you feel instantly at home and will do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible – AND they make the most delicious breakfast!! We have stayed at other places in Hout Bay but this is definitely our favorite which is why we now keep coming back.

Excellent hotel - rooms, service, location - everything was outstanding. Hotel is very convenient launching pad for exploring the are while offering the full comforts for your stay. Will return.

The rooms at the guest house are individually decorated with an African theme and each room has a satellite TV, hair dryer and a bathroom with shower. The space was great with the area for breakfast both inside and out. The gardens were lovely and the breakfast cook and food were amazing. Fresh fruit and cereals and hot items. Just pleasant that there were spaces to connect and retreat. Location was great to explore the city and the mountains and hiking.

The guest house offers Free WiFi access throughout, a daily maid service, and a furnished balcony with spectacular city views. Location was secure and district felt safe. The Village shopping/eating precinct is close by. Included breakfasts were excellent - range of options and quality of food. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
