The perfect hotel to stay for a family with children. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 6-year-old child. Tickets for the theme park were provided for all of us. The location is perfect, with the hotel situated between Warner Brothers (1 minute away) and Water World (3 minutes away) theme parks. Ferrari park, Yas mall, and Sea World are all near the hotel, eliminating the need for taxis or other transportation. The pool zone was ideal for children, and the animators were excellent. We will definitely come back here again this year.

Perfect for our overnight to connect to flight early next morning. 7 mins in taxi from airport. Front desk staff very obliging and helpful.. apartment was fantastic, and everything u would need for your stay.. Nasser is extremely helpful and immediately responds when you have booked and when you arrive to make sure you have everything you need.. would highly recommend 👌

My family and I loved Rishnee's place. The location was exceptional as it is close to the Yas Beach with direct access, close to the Yas Marinar, and close to the Yas Mall and the theme parks.
Roshnee was very helpful with information and very responsive and flexible to help. A great host.
If I do visit Abu Dhabi again I will stay there if available.
