They upgraded us to an aspen chalet and it was amazing.

I had a complaint regarding the breakfast service at the hotel, as well as the inappropriate behavior of a staff member working during that time. The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!
