2nd time staying at kempinski MOL and it was perfect as always They upgraded us to an aspen chalet and it was amazing. Two staff at breakfast really wer exceptional, Mustafa and rovaldo.

"This rating of 10 is attributed to the manager, Mr. Halil, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and showed that a kind word can remedy an unpleasant situation. I had a complaint regarding the breakfast service at the hotel, as well as the inappropriate behavior of a staff member working during that time. However, Mr. Halil promptly addressed the issue and ensured that the remainder of our stay was pleasant and enjoyable."

The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!

I like the way I was welcome and the assistant the night shift receptionist gave me .the provided me extra water when I needed and also brought me free fruits and they were fast to answer a call when I needed assistant. Kudos 👏 to the lady .wish I got her name but she was amazing
