My stay with my family was amazing. The staff especially Ali, night duty manager was amazing his customer service was 110% nothing was too much for him. I travel alot with my family but my children are ready to return to Grand Cosmopolitan because Ali made us feel so welcome and made our stay so pleasant. The area where the hotel is situated is very good close to the metro station and many eating places and shops. I just want to say a big thank you to Linn house keeper and Ali for making my both children’s birthdays soooo special. We will be back Insha’Allah. Maria, Nancy and all the other staff who also made our stay so pleasant. Thank you until the next time.

Breakfast was great with widespread of choices. The room was amazingly exceeded our expectations and it suited our family of 6 even though it was a connecting room.
