Great staff, welcomed like family. We had questions - everything was solved, they bring everything they can bring to the room in 3 minutes (we were in January). Very attentive and kind to children.
Calm and pleasant neighborhood, close to the metro and easy to catch a cab. Near a huge park, close to the water and water park.
We had access to the lounge - top spot, I recommend it.

I had the 3 bedroom appartment, we enjoyed the space and the location is good! 24hour supermarket not far from the appartment.
Mr. Farrag helped us with check-in&check-out and also told us where the nearest ATM with supermarket is.
The whole staff was friendly and always ready.

Stayed for a couple of days. Had some business in OneTime Oud Metha and this hotel is only in 19 minutes by walk. Arrived earlier and got early check-in in a bigger room for free.
