Very helpful and eager to help staff. An elegant beachfront location, stylish as usual. High quality furniture with amazing lighting, textures and fixtures with a generous walk-in wardrobe. Welcome message for our kid written on bathtub was a really surprise. Mediterranean beach-house aesthetic with generous and comfy king size bed. Amazing playground and family pool.

This is a world class hotel and the management are exceptional. Everyone in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Quality is everywhere in the hotel ! The beach is close the pool is excellent. The breakfast in the Bay restaurant is very very good and exceptional quality and selection.
The club room on the 5th floor is like a five star restaurant and super well run by Fam and her staff.
This is a hotel of superlatives. The manager Ben deserves huge accolades for the quality of the hotel. The beach staff were super helpful as was Arslan at guest relations.
The hotel knew we were celebrating our anniversary over this holiday and spoilt us and made us feel so special.
