The staff is one of the most warm and friendly I have come across in a long time. They make you feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was extremely clean, very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The decor in the main lobby and the game zone is really modern and cool. There is a really nice pool and a big supermarket just outside the hotel. The beach is a short walk away as well. Another really nice thing was the complimentary valet parking, which was amazing. I am definitely going to visit this place again!

It was my first time at Le Royal Meridien and I really enjoyed my staying there. Stylish and fresh interior, mix of contemporary design , classic and technology. Staff was super helpful, room service fast , breakfast was A M A Z I N G. I will definitely choose Le Royal Meridien for my next visit to Dubai. In addition, the hotel is very family friendly and it is not loud in the evenings so you are happy to relax

Its true, the energy we put out there, we always get back whether it's positive or negative. I arrived on the morning of my 44th birthday to kick start my birthday celebrations and have to say this is the best holiday I have ever had I am truly moved by the amazing customer service The Sheraton in Jumeira Beach Residence has given me. This is my 3rd visit here. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it for me, from the moment I have stepped foot in this hotel, the staff gone above and beyond to make my stay amazing. If I had it my way, I would give them 11 stars. (11 is my lucky number) This morning at breakfast, they gave me a little surprise which was a little cake and card thanking me for staying with them. A very wise person said to me a positive mind with positive thoughts takes us a long way ahead #feeling immensely grateful 🙏 Thank you for everything ❤️ God bless you all in abundance 🙏
