This historic family run hotel opens its arms to all visitors. Everything gets 10/10, from the views, the beautifully designed rooms, easy parking..... The hotel reaches that perfect balance between traditional tyrolese decor in the common rooms, such as the breakfast room, and more modern commodities in the bedrooms. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and high quality, with local produce and special treats for Easter Sunday, and the evening meal was the best we've had in Austria. The family is welcoming and rightly proud of their amazing 16 generation history in the hotel. You also receive an innsbruck welcome card with free access to all public transport, which includes a bus to Innsbruck that leaves from two steps away from the hotel. So you can leave your car at the hotel and save money on parking in Innsbruck.

The Finnish sauna was awesome! We are from Finland and the sauna experience we had at the panorama spa was exceptional. The sauna fully corresponded to Finnish sauna. We also decided to stay for another night and therefore asked the staff if we could keep our room. The hotel was however fully booked and there were only a few more expensive rooms available at that time. The receptionist gave us a superior room for a reduced price that was similar to the price on our previous room, so we could extend our stay. I have never received such good service anywhere in my life. We will for sure be back as soon as possible and will recommend your hotel to everyone who visits Innsbruck!

Perfect place to visit Innsbruck and the areas around it. The owner is fantastic, as are all personnel. They were extremely helpful providing instructions and suggestions to visit places around. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. You can visit a small village within walking distance where you can find places to eat and walk. Easy parking in the area of the hotel and great surroundings!
