Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxed athmosfere. The staff is very nice and friendly and extremely supporting in guiding to outdoor activities. The restaurant was amaizing good.

We wished we could’ve stayed longer! The facilities and rooms were all excellent - clean and in great condition. Dinner was delicious and the buffet breakfast had lots of options.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car.

The reception area is so cozy, so welcoming and perfumed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and soundprofed - thanks to the manager Silvia we could enjoy our room with a view - so professional ! All staff are nice, Francesca gave us good advices so we enjoyed a day on top of the Nordkette mountain ( tottaly worthing the view!!) The Spa area is Top - sauna with the view, aromatheraphy room, free biologic drinks, free snacks ( apples ) - and the Pool is very relaxing in the evening. We also reccomend to eat at the hotel’s restaurant - decent prices and lovely food. The breakfast was perfect - so tasty - not many stuff but all well selected

It was easily highlight of our stay in Austria. It was a short scenic walk from the train station. The rooms were very spacious and well lit with a big balcony. The space was managed well and the bathrooms are huge. The triple room #29 had river and mountain view separated by a secluded bike trail. The breakfast was great with a lot of vegetarian options. We preferred having our breakfast out in the garden but they also had cozy wooden seating inside the property. Laura, Sonja and the resident dogs Ella & Lucy were very gracious hosts. They told us about the history of the place which offered us good perspective about the culture and local food. They even offered to help us plan our day and recommended some excellent places to dine at. They also provided us with City Card which came in very handy while using the bus to explore Innsbruck. We would gladly stay here again!

Very nice and cozy appartement, I loved the stylish and topical design for the region, bed was comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent, they guided us very well how to access the appartement out of office hours of the reception. The possibility to reserve a parking space is great, because parking around the house is not easy.
