The AC hotel is situated very close to the train station. It is only a few minutes by walk. The breakfast is very good and it consists of savoury and sweet items. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is very welcoming. We managed to visit all the places we planned by walk so it is quite central. The only landmark we could not go to by walk was Swarovski Crystal worlds which we reached by shuttle service offered at the train station. But the jewel of the hotel was Deniz, the guest relations manager at the hotel. He made our stay memorable by going above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday possible. We will definitely stay at the AC Hotel when we visit Innsbruck again and hopefully we will be lucky to see Deniz again. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Great spot with very spacious room not far from train station. It has a shared bathroom ( 3 rooms used a seperate loo and a shower room ). Bed was comfy , dink in the room which is handy.

The apartment is easy to reach, instructions are absolutely clear. Calm, clean, large apartment, perfect for a one night stay on the travels. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice and clean, everything modern. Although there is no prebooked place for a car, it wasn't difficult to find a parking place (our visit was in mid February, so not a peak season) about 5mins far from the apartment (and as it was Sun night, it was free of charge as we left on Mon morning before 9 am ;-)

Had everything we required. Was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The shower had hot water. We enjoyed that it had a kitchen with the appliances we needed to cook with. Was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and the supermarket. A 5 minute walk to the bus station. Heaps of cafes around which was convenient . Host was great and very responsive. Very Safe location/street. My partner and I would recommend.
