What I truly appreciated about this property is the incredible attention to detail shown by the lady responsible for the flat. She didn’t miss a single item one might need at home I genuinely felt at home from the moment I walked in. The preparation and setup upon arrival were even better than what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.
