This is my second stay at this hotel, and everything has been very good. The hotel is wonderful, with beautiful, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location is perfect, next to City Hall and Parliament. There are also tram and metro stops about 75 and 150 meters away, respectively. If I return to Vienna, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed. In a very good location, easy find with multiple public transport links. Breakfast was included with a large selection of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed just before Christmas we got Christmas themed freebies to takeaway (Christmas tea and gingerbread spices)

I found this accommodation to be excellent. First, the room was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything necessary. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and had no issues at all. The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect, offering a variety of options and everything I needed to start the day. Lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with anything. The location is perfect as well—it's close to metro, train, and bus stations that can take you anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very hot >33degrees and we could switch to a room with ac! The location is silent and 5-10 min from the city center! Total recommend the hotel! 😀
