Thanks for the wonderful stay! We were satisfied with everything. Quiet appartment, but at the same time close to public transport. Not far from the centre and different shops and restaurants are near-by. In the appartment everything neccessary for a few day stay. Everything is clean. The hosts very welcoming, politely explain everything, quickly reply to all the questions if there are such. After checking out there is a possibility to leave luggage in the storage and collect it later if necessary. We will be happy to return some day!! And surely recommend this place to other guests! :)

I stayed two nights with my nephew and our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel is charming and walking distance from the center and museum quarters. The subway stop is just next to the hotel making it super easy to get around. Our room was spacious and beautiful and it had a beautiful tub. The toiletries and the cleanliness top notch. I must say it has the services of a 5 star hotel. But the most special thing was Sandra from reception. She truly went beyond to make our stay more memorable. I had sent an email asking for an amenity for my nephew's birthday and she always answered promptly and with care and kindness. When we arrived (early) our room was ready and beautifully decorated with balloons which Sandra had made sure were of my nephews favorite colors and the cake. The extra touch of putting an extra heater just so we could find the room warm was really special. Her suggestions were excellent, and during our stay, she took so much care of us and always with a smile answered to all our requests. She is a true gem of the property. Sandra even took time to text us the best places to buy Sacher torte on our very last day and give us suggestions over the phone. You should hold on to her. Thank you so much, Sandra. We will most certainly come back. We didn't have the time to try the restaurant but we saw the ambiance and it was charming and elegant, next time we will for sure.

The flat is in an historical building in a lively area of the city, it was a stone away from the shopping street and the museum quarters, many nice eateries around. The flat is large for a family, enough for the kids to roam around. We were greeted by the host at arrival, who showed us the flat and gave us some suggestions of things to do around. They were easy to reach out for any issues (nothing major). When we arrived the high chair and cot were already prepared and ready to use. Kitchen was well equipped to cook something simple for the kids.
