A really stunning experience while just searching for a plain place to sleep. The general ambiance, furniture and thematic decorations were simply stunning and that is what makes this place not only a simple hotel, but an epic work of art. Perfectly clean, fresh, neat, nice. The integrated smart controls were exceptional, among with the endless selection of web radios. The furniture is sleek, modern, minimal and fully functional. Overall: Good location, not close to city center, but close to the subway and to the Schonbrunn gardens. Large room. New, or at least very well maintained furniture and bathroom. State-of-the art "smart home" system.

Its our third stay here and I stand by what I said before, the hotel is perfect. Breakfast is good, the staff is always nice, the rooms are big enough and comfortable. It's my go to hotel for when I come to Vienna now!

Absolutely everything! Meals, location, people working there are fantastic! Highly recommend it! It is 5 min walking distance from the palace and zoo, and tram is in front of the hotel for city center. Very big and clean room.

I booked a 4 bed in a dorm room when I came to check in the room wasnt ready so the lady managed to fix it so quickly and gave me another room which was really comfortable and she gave me extra towel.
