The apartment is small but comfortable, well-equipped, and modern. There’s some street noise, but the soundproofing is excellent. The owner is very kind and helpful. Public transport connections are great.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home.
The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful.
The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour.
In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host.
The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away.
I highly recommend this place!

Martin has been very gentle, available to explain and assist when needed.
The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)
