Lisa was at reception on my arrival and had also received my phonecall the day before (when I was asking if she could please ensure we had 2 single beds, as I was travelling with a friend). Due to the type of room I’d booked, she couldn’t arrange for two beds so instead she had upgraded us to an apartment that could. We were very grateful that she’d gone to the trouble and we both had a fantastic stay at your hotel. It’s always nice when staff go above and beyond to find a way. Thank you

Location was great - right across the road from the beach. Could walk to everything. Apartment was spotless, modern, super comfy beds, equipped with everything needed. Stunning view from balcony.

Apartment 11A was divine! Views for days! Really helped with picking a surf session. Great for families with the 2 bedrooms, lots of space. Kitchen had all utensils and facilities. Pool was clean and welcoming and safe. Staff were super friendly, and made us feel like we were at home.

I don’t understand that this hotel is rated low.
It’s very comfortable, clean and spacious.
There is a large outside balcony and again it’s one of the cleanest hotels/ hostels that i have ever seen!
