The room was always clean. Room service staff always kept the room in a good condition. The room was spacious and well furnished. Always having a very good supply of coffee, tea and sweetener. Lots of light in the room that you can control if you need bright light or dim light. The hotel is so close to public transit. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. They make sure to take care of the room and any maintenance that needs to be done, they do it proactively without me having to ask. Overall, great stay and totally recommended. Thank you

Very clean and comfortable room. My request for a specific floor was acted on immediately. After a long, tiring day, travelling and visiting the hospital ( a convenient short walk away) I was greeted with a smile and courtesy. The bed was very comfortable, the towels fluffy and the shower hot. All I needed after a big day. A reasonable price too for a Sydney stay.
