beautiful spacious clean apartment, friendly staff the only complaint would be that the outside pool could do with some umbrellas.

Checking in was straightforward The room was bright and airy Breakfast had a huge selection. Location was great only a few minutes walk from the train station and a couple of minutes from numerous bars and restaurants

The hotel looks clean and new. Was surprised that it is already a 8 years old hotel. The room that we booked the items are quite new and it shows that the maintenance of the hotel is good. The price we paid is well below the market rate through booking.com. The room comes with very expensive amenities and we get to keep them for future usage. They have nespresso machine, laundry,washer and dryer, dishwashing etc. Very good for family

Holiday Inn Parramatta is within walking distance from Westfield Parramatta Shopping Centre, CommBank Stadium, Eat Street and the Parramatta Railway Station.

The property was real value for money. The room was spotless. The location was 5 min walk from Westfield and shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful. As we were there a day after Christmas, they gave our daughter a Lego gift which was really special!

Sasha (the host) is very kind, nice, generous, and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with all sorts of tableware, kitchenware, microwave, oven, stove, refrigrator, air conditioner, etc. The apartment is kept in a very clean and tidy condition. It is very close to public transportation and supermarket (coles). I definitely enjoyed my stay in her apartment.
