It is in a great location. The view from my room was beautiful. The surprises waiting for me in the minibar and the key cabinet were very sweet. The room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. I especially loved the shower area; it was very spacious and modern. They also prepared a guide showing places you can visit in the area when you enter the room, which was a nice touch. I received quick responses to my calls. It was a wonderful vacation for me. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is soo beautiful, it looks very elegant and has a good environment. It was great to come to the sauna after seeing the whole city, a good way to relax. If I go back to Brügge again I would like stay here again. The breakfast was just the way I like it, variety and delicious waffles! It was definitely a great idea to stay at this hotel with my boyfriend, he really loved it too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful — the lady at the reception in the evening even took us to our room and explained everything in detail. The room itself was beautiful: modern, yet with charming historical touches. It was spacious and offered a wonderful view of the old town. The breakfast was excellent.
