Superb apartment! Everything is perfect. Very clean and smells so nice in all the corners of the place, bed linens and bath towels smells so good too! All the essentials are there, from kitchen utensils, bathroom toiletries, hair dryer, flat iron,ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer,detergent soap and everything else u need in a house, they have it! Location is great, there are nearby supermarkets and restaurants and close to the midi station. Parking is also not a problem. The host is all also nice and very prompt in responding to my messages.

We had a very good stay in this apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and linen room, all brand new. Very close to the metro in the Europe district. The elevator is a real plus, the apartment being on the top floor (rooftop!) with a very beautiful view as well as a large surface area. Note that there are two terraces, one in the bedroom, one in the living room, the apartment being a dual-aspect one. Check-in was very simple. A Weber electric barbecue is also available for a relaxing evening on the rooftop, we recommend ;)

It’s about 10 minute walk to the busy streets also when you arrive you are greeted with this comfortable atmosphere, the receptionist were really nice and although we did not eat at the restaurant the hotel had, the hotel room had their own water cattle which me and my friend (both students) boiled noodles to eat. The lobbies were also nice and although the elevator was small it was comfortable with it’s lightning. The room was way nicer than we thought, it had an hairdryer and the shower looked very updated, the room included shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner and a lot of towels. Not only that we found a mini fridge and iron in the closet as well as a safe for your important belongings. The metro station was also super close, like three minutes away. If I’m visiting Brussels again I will stay here if I had the chance.

everything!!! the hotel staff was amazing… very kind and accommodating. They have a luggage room where you can leave your stuff before checking in, and you can also leave your stuff there even after checking out (for last minute sight seeing or activities before flying out) which was very convenient. the room was really clean & spacious too… plus there’s air conditioning. it really feels like a studio flat (even bigger than a studio flat, actually). we were so comfortable in our room because it was really big! and location was perfect! it’s close to a bus stop and to the metro station… super convenient! if I visit Brussels again, I will definitely book a room here. also… they respond promptly if you message them for any questions and clarifications, which I truly appreciate.

Very classy hotel right next to the EU Parliament. Good breakfast and the swimming pool was big. Quiet and really comfortable hotel. I can only recommend this hotel.

At my arrival, they apologized and asked me to change hotel for an overbooking problem; the manager offered car transfer and provided immediately a new accomodation nearby. Problems happen, it depends how they are solved.
