Very good location, 5 minutes walk to Midi Station (metro, train). Breakfasts not included. Apartment No. 2 at the 2nd floor is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided, simply great. Nobody bothered us whatsoever, the neighborhood is neutral / rather friendly. Apartment is located near Lidl if you need groceries, also Carrefour Express is available at Midi Station. Please be careful when climbing steep steps in the building. Door code and key box work very well. Midi Station apartment staff was invisible, though caring and doing everything in due time. Good job, Midi Station :-)

Great hotel, cozy and clean, in a perfect location for almost everything. The staff was professional, and the view was really nice: you can have a cup of coffee while looking at departing trains. For breakfast, I recommend Cappuccino, a small cafe not far from the hotel, and for dinner - A Modo Mio, an Italian restaurant next to the hotel.

The building and room were clean and organized. The bed, pillow, sheets, and shower were very clean, good, and comfortable. The location is good as it is only a few meters away from public transportation and Gare Du Midi. There are several restaurant options nearby. The hotel offers a complimentary coffee/milk/tea machine and has a table you can use, so we bought bread at the supermarket and it served very well for our breakfast. The hotel also offers a paid breakfast option.
