He likes to help when we meet problem. Yesterday before we want to go to airport, I found my car can not start, Alain drives his car and bring us to airport, therefore we did not miss our flight.

The receptionist was very polite and helped me with everything I have asked super fast. I have bothered him with calls before my arrival and he was very nice and helpful every time. Late check in was very easy. We stayed only one night, in transit between 2 flights, and this hotel was perfect for us.
