Staff was so friendly, room was really good. Great for a couple. Breakfast was also very good. There was mostly tables for two.
I would assume it's good for lgbtq+ couples too. Quiet area so you don't have to hear noise from the streets.
Really great place for quite cheap considering what you get!

Our three nights here were perfect. The property was beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location in the historic centre of Ghent was perfect, lots of restaurants to choose from, tram stop is very close to the property but not too far to walk into the commercial centre or railway station. The cafe below the apartment, Mervilleux de Fred was lovely.

Nele is a fantastic host and she kindly showed us around the apartment and how to use the gate and door codes. This apartment is super convenient, here is a Spar and Carrefour just outside the apartment, there is a tram ticket machine and stops just outside as well. The location is slap bang in the middle the road which goes from historic centre of town to the train station and was super convenient for getting around and getting to the airport as well. Ghent is lovely, nice cafes, shops and loads there for history buffs as well plus we went to Bruges one day as well, half an hour by train. The apartment was cosy and clean and top notch.
