Very nice Hotel with amazing views over Plovdiv as it is itself located in one of the seven hills. I stayed in 2 different rooms which were both clean and the beds very super comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful to solve a personal issue. I would definitely stay there again!

Hillhouse Hotel is perfectly located in the old town. The staff there are so kind and helpful even going out of their way to find us great parking. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was wonderful, especially the helpful host with excellent communication / prompt responses (fluent English). The apartment was in a perfect location near the old town, spotless, had all the amenities, including a complementary wine. The building has a comfortable lobby / sitting room area and Parking facilities on site with another parking facility nearby. We asked for late check out which was not possible but were given a small extension as well as access to the parking facilities until later in the day, so we could go for a walk in the old town and pick our car and bags later. Highly recommended, will stay again when in Plovdiv :-)

Easily the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff is super welcoming, helpful and instantly makes you feel at home.
The interior of the place looks like you are staying in a cozy castle. The garden is also beautiful and has a cool outdoor kitchen.
The room is big, with probably the hugest lockers I've ever seen, a person could fit in it. No bunk beds, which is also a plus.
Very cool common area. The hostel itself kinda attracts nice guests and you'll probably make friends here easily.
You'll also be having your breakfast near some rocks and ruins of the city, placed inside the kitchen, which I found really authentic. Also free coffee, tea all day and cheap beer.
I would definitely recommend staying here. For this price It's a luxury I think.
