The location initially appealed but the quality of the hotel and the exceptional service made the world of difference. Sayda and the team at the front desk couldn't be more helpful. Wonderful room facing the cathedral and square (and the same view I had 39 years ago when it was a very different hotel). The two restaurants were excellent; the bell staff and cleaners very friendly and responsive, A very special hotel. Little things were special too: extra drinking water; ability to open the window; bedside charging; walk in shower; good reading lights; a good desk to work at etc etc.

highly recommend this place in Sofia, it's in the center of the city and all the attractions are within walking distance.
the host was great I was supposed to meet him 1:30AM at the apartment but due to a flight delay I arrived past 3:00AM and he was waiting for me "Again sorry Julian for that ", I also had an issue with my car when I parked it in a blue zone past 2 hours (be aware of that if you have a car), I called him and he explained the situation and how much the ticket was and called the city for me to free my car.

A welcoming hotel with young, friendly staff - a fabulous five-star hotel. We had a very special and unforgettable stay, enriched by small but significant details that made the experience unique. Our stay did not include breakfast but we were kindly offered it and it was abundant and varied, with a selection of fresh, quality products that made every morning a moment of pleasure. The variety of cakes fruits, hot and cold drinks, satisfied our needs.
Furthermore, a very welcome surprise was the gesture for a special event: a sparkling wine and sweets that we found in our room, accompanied by a personalised card that added a touch of warmth and attention. This gesture kindly offered by guest reletions manager Anastasiya, together with the impeccable hospitality, made our stay even more special, demonstrating how attention to detail can make all the difference. For sure an experience we would gladly repeat and recommend to anyone looking for a warm welcome.

I recently stayed at this hotel for work and was incredibly impressed! The interior is unique, with every detail perfected, creating an atmosphere that is both modern and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, which added greatly to my comfort.
The staff is amazing – extremely polite and kind, making you feel like a truly valued guest. The rooms are spacious, warm, and equipped with everything you might need. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do at home!
The location is fantastic – the hotel is close to the city center, making it ideal for any commitments or sightseeing. And the biggest highlight for me was the underground parking – super convenient and practical!
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I will definitely return.
