Politeness. The owner arranged everything. He even called a taxi to the airport for his hotel services were deployed as a stopover between 2 flights ( I had a 15 hours in transit between flights holding on an upcoming flight from Sao Paulo to Asuncion.)

Compact but modern and clean. Everything you need. Nice little roof terrace with a pool and a litte gym too. But best of all was the host Cristian. Communicative, kind and accommodating. Parts of the neighbourhood is a little scruffy but there are some cool bars and good cafes around. Plus a really good vegetarian buffet lunch place. Green Chef. Highly recommended.
