The location, it’s near to everything. The facility of the suites are complete, it really feels like home. The internet is also stable and fast, I was able to do remote work from time to time. The staff are very useful! Best customer service specially during check in. I highly recommend this place and we will stay here again soon.

The hotel is well maintained for an original flagship property of Vancouver. I was on Level 27 and the lifts were always efficient. The rooms on that level were large and spacious, heating was good as it was cold in Vancouver
