Wonderful brand new hotel. Stunningly clean. Nuce minimalistic Scandinavian design. Spacious rooms, great pillows and bed linen. I stayed at the Silo Hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The building, originally a cacao factory from 1912, is modern and unique, creating a great atmosphere. Check-in was easy, and I received a Basel card for free transportation and discounted gallery entries, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, close to shops, including a large Coop market, and a German train station for travel. There are also nearby bus stops and a park by the river. My room was spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was incredibly helpful 💜 I absolutely loved the co-working spaces and the relaxing area filled with plants, books, and cozy furniture. They are incredibly eco-friendly as well. Definitely highly recommended!

This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. The room was immaculate. They are small, but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the garden area perfect for relaxing.
