The BLISS Basel Residence is run by a very friendly and helpful Lebanese family. The same family also runs a Lebanese restaurant attached to the accommodation with delicious food that is also quite cheap for Switzerland. The owner is very friendly, attentive, accommodating and takes good care of his guests. The holiday apartments are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing or not in order, the owner will take care of it and remedy the situation or offer another solution. The apartments are spotless clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. By paying the tourist tax you receive a ticket that entitles you to unlimited use of public transport in Basel and the entire Northwest Switzerland tariff association, so you can also get to Basel Airport with it.

Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. Our stay in Saint-Louis was absolutely delightful. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need – it truly lacked nothing. The rooms, beds, and bathroom were all impeccably clean and it was evident that a lot of thought had gone into ensuring our comfort. A special mention must go to Karine, who greeted us upon arrival. She was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
