The hotel is new (3 years) and located in the city center. My room was big and comfortable, well equipped and maintained. The cleaning was excellent, and they did everything I asked with a smile. Breakfast was great, with a variety of food and also a menu that offered some more options. Great hotel by all aspects.

First off, the staff are great. We were able to check-in at 11am and provided with a swiss plug adapter. Location is perfect. Christmas markets right outside the front door. Our room was a decent size with a nice view of the street. Lobby/bar area is a nice comfortable place to relax and have a drink. 100% recommend.

Great place, perfect location! Incredible window view (I was in the upper floor), very quite and calm. Just next to the hotel "ZaZa" wonderful vegetarian restaurant adds a great bonus!

This is a very charming place with different buildings, architecture. It is clean and comfortable. We really liked the wall paintings of our art deco room . It was nice to have 2 choices of restaurants at the hotel. Will certainly come back

The hotel was great. Clean, spacious, a great breakfast of hot and cold items, lots to chose from. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. I felt very safe walking around. The reception staff were so nice and helpful and made me feel they wanted to help me - which they did. I would definitly stay there again.
