Location is perfect in heart of Bern and tram station nearby, staff is very hospitable and they are giving one day public transport for free.. view is awesome and quite environment. Clean and big rooms with Tub. They serves free hot drinks and croissants in reception which is much appreciated especially in Swiss. Breakfast need to be better however comparing to swiss hotels it's better.

First, the manager was amazing, he greeted us very nicely and gave great tips for the city. The hotel is in a good location close to everything, the room was clean and pleasant and comfy beds, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

It was a 10 minute bus ride from the Bern Hbf, the location was perfect and quiet. It was surrounded with trees and we had a nice walk going to the bear park. There’s a good pizza restaurant near the bus stop which is just opposite. There’s a big supermarket at the ground floor. We did not avail breakfast but coffee and tea was free.The room was clean and spacious, we stayed for 4 nights as we used Bern as base to where we want to go.
