Everything was clean and neat, spacious room, ideal for travelling with small kids. Separate small kitchen is a good benefit. The staff is always kind and helpful: last time they allowed us to stay in reception area with a kid, and second time prepared room earlier then check-in time as was requested.

The layout of the flat is comfortable and easy. The location is excellent- close to the lake and also the park, movies, shops, restaurants. We sound it very central. And having the tourist bus tickets was fantastic, we could go anywhere

What an incredible place. We walked up through the peaceful, safe feeling park from the ferry landing. Once we arrived we almost thought we were at the wrong place-- too good to be true? No, it's true. It's a beautiful building and an impressive establishment, inside and out. We even had a surprise upgrade to a suite. We couldn't have been happier with everything: the space, cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, extras in the room, professional staff (especially at reception), restaurant, (dinner on the terrace, and a really great breakfast spread). We felt like royalty. We wanted to stay longer. Will definitely stay again. Easy walking to the waterfront and historic district.
