The staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn't be more helpful! A nice touch with a personalised welcome letter too! The location is unbelievably beautiful. Truly incredible views from anywhere at the hotel. Especially from our room balcony! (They even provided binoculars!)

Everything was perfect. I can't find anything to mention as a downside there. I would like to thank receptionist Svetlana: her tips were extremely helpful and the attitude was excellent. I'd also like to mention a very convenient option to keep the luggage (very safe quick and easy).

The Bellpark Hostel can be found next to the Hofmatt-Bellpark Stop of bus line 1, with direct connections to Lucerne Train Station.

Very helpful owner and excellent facilities. There's a kitchen for cooking and the lounge area is good as well. The rooms and the restroom were in very clean condition.

The view and tranquil atmosphere and the outstanding food made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed. There are numerous common areas to relax and read or visit. There are hiking / biking trails all around the property through farmland.
