Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Muna and Lucien were extremely kind and nice with me and my daughter. They cared about every detail and made us feel as comfortable as possible. They even got some toys for my daughter so she could have something to play with during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose. We just had a fantastic stay here. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare light meals for our family of 3. The location is excellent right by Spiez train station, on-site parking was included and the view is absolutely stunning coming into the driveway. Huge thank you to Bettina who was such an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again next time we visit!
