Charming hotel, excellent location (short walk from train), beautifully decorated. Our room was large, comfortable, clean, excellent view of the Matterhorn. Wood burning stove added to the vibe. Dyson hairdryer and all the latest streaming/casting/charging tech always a plus. Room service was delicious! We will return.

From pickup to drop off to yrain station the service was exceptional. They even provided box lunch on last day when we needed to leave early in the morning. Room was comfortable with balcony facing matterhorn.

the location is central and convenient. this is an historic hotel but looks good and very nice - outside and inside. we have been in various luxury hotels and here you get the grand hotel experience. excellent staff. excellent pianist in the lobby. big nice spa. the breakfast hall is a masterpiece. we enjoyed both their restaurants, especially the fondue. they have an horse and carriage. from our room we saw the matterhorn. extremely recommended.
