Great staff. I wasn't expecting to get a little treat for my birthday. THANK YOU for that. The hotel is very well located within walking distance from main attractions and seems recently renovated. I liked the art book explaining the paintings hanging in the rooms (great addition).

The house is very nice and has an small beautiful garden for guests. The house is very close to the city center and it's located in a very quiet street. The bed was very comfortable. The host is an educated and well travelled person and she enriches the whole experience in Zurich.

The location is very good, Zurich HB, old city is on 5-10 minutes walk. No need in public transport. Room was very comfortable and clear. The breakfast is very good and I recommend to pay for it. There is near many restaurants and food shops

The hotal is very central- walking distance to all major attractions. The room was comfortable, clean and although there was no ac, we had a fan and it was enough. Although small, it had everything we needed for our short stay.

The hotel was terrific. It is in a great location in the old town, with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The room was nice, spacious, and very clean, with a lovely view of the street. The breakfast was 10/10; the breakfast staff greeted us every morning with a smile and warm welcome. I found all the staff in this hotel to be very friendly and helpful. We were always smiled at and waved to when we left the hotel and returned.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable room. Top location-old town is car-free, better use the train or tram. Wifi was good. Bathroom was amazing, with towels and everything you need.

The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot, especially, Gina was extremely kind. The historic building had been renovated in a sophisticated style, and its good taste could be seen here and there. It was also very nice that coffee and tea were served in the lobby 24 hours a day. The water fountain on the hallways was also charming.
