This hotel is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful, with very big windows, even the rooms towards the hills. Every morning we were served a superb breakfast in our room. Pilar who worked at the hotel was SO kind, helpful, warm and funny. I really loved her. I can really recommend this hotel, it was the best stay ever for us.

CasaBlu is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a perfect location, with lovely views over the city. The staff is super friendly and professional. It’s a gorgeous property with fantastic views of the water. It’s close by to the walking districts and great restaurants. The staff was extremely responsive and in touch with me throughout - right from when I made the booking to my arrival. They helped organise my transport. Ferdinda was especially very helpful ! We went to La Concepcion and Maleza for dinner - both excellent.

The location in the heart of Valparaiso was perfect. All places of interest were in easy walking distance and there are several restaurants nearby. The hotel has a wonderful terrace and private parking as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The staff are amazing. Our Spanish is very poor and we had no problem communicating at all. They had suggestions for eating, sightseeing, helped us with taking a bus to Santiago, etc. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices and eggs made for you. The room was very comfortable, with very little street noise even with the window open. My daughter also had a massage arranged by the hotel. She said it was great :) The location is very good, easy to walk anywhere.
