The staff were amazing, especially Fufu! The hotel is located 2 minute walk from the metro and is very clean. We got free breakfast and coffee which was lovely and a great saving! Breakfast had eggs, toast, fruit etc each morning. The room was excellent, clean and the shower was amazing with lots of hot water. Fufu booked the Great Wall tour, our tickets to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. She was so helpful and friendly, as were all of the staff. We would definitely come back again!

Stayed here for few days and me and my boyfriend couldn't be more happy of this place and the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful, the included laundry service was AMAZING, the fact we had our clothes cleaned the the next day was so nice. The girls at the reception were also so nice helping me with my chinese speaking but also speaking nice english. Overall was and amazing experience and I highly recommend this place. Bonus, the underground is 15 minutes walk away but the walk is very nice because the street is a shopping/street food street so it's nice.
