This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the room, facilities and the beautiful surrounding area - provides excellent value for money for a 5 star hotel. The service was exceptional and friendly - even if there is a language barrier, the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Also the best buffet breakfast I've ever experienced!

Wonderful and cozy place. Close enough in walking distance to the metro, to the city center and part of the sights. Good atmosphere, polite and attentive staff at reception who helped with foreigners payment. Rooms are clean, reasonably fresh, with good furnishings. The room cleaning was well liked. Fresh snow-white linens. Air conditioner, steam generator for ironing, humidifier, smart speaker and other - all very handy. Disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Recommend. ! I love the location, it's right next to an underground station (Cha Dian Zi) and there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Also love the laundry room where I can do my laundry.
