Arrived earlier than my check in time but was greeted and assisted with a smile. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious,breakfast is very rich and dilicious. By the way, there is also Starbucks and KFC,which is great.

I am very satisfied with my stay. I upgraded our room and arranged it on the upper floor. The room orientation is better. After check-in, the room also sent fruit, whatever you need, it is very convenient, there are vehicles coming in and out for free, the feeling of staying in is good! I had an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I stayed here on my last night in Hangzhou, a bit far from the local attractions, but the area was suitable for my needs as I stayed there during the Asian Games. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, but they tried to help as much as possible when I asked for help. I would choose this hotel again if I needed to stay in that area. There are a few cafes near the hotel and a few tables outside. For more options, there is also a good shopping mall with many restaurants, a 5-10 minute drive away (I took a taxi there). Breakfast was also good.

It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere. Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid. Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far. Overall a great property.
