It’s a very conveniently located hotel near the Beixinjing station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro. You can hop onto it from either Pudong or Hongqiao airports. It’s a great property where evening strolls can be taken and also some nice restaurants within walkable distance. Staff are extremely responsive. Mr. Johnson was especially very proactive. He takes personal care of guests giving them some insights about the city and also the facilities. I will be back in Shanghai and will definitely be staying here.

The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The staff supported us through the whole process. We’re so grateful! The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the tea at reception was a lovely touch. Thank you for everything!

The hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a super comfortable bed, a lovely bathtub, and an unforgettable view over the city. A wonderful hotel. Everything was great. Location is not far too from the city center, 20 minutes by metro, a block from the metro station of line 2. Delicious breakfasts. I really liked that the room has a pull-out sofa, for which free bed linen was provided, on which slept my child.
