The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. Convenient Location ( next to shopping mall, restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, sweets shop, train station, subway station = direct line from Pudong airport ( 22 station 70 minutes, 7 RMB ) ) Cleaning Staff’s Recovery Action ( water leakage of sprinkler in the room ) …… urgently recovered for my room with smile without complain anything during evening, technical staff tried to check leaked origin point of water leakage for prevention = this is the most important & I respect staff’s recovery service, hope to be promoted those staff’s position and provided good bonus also why nobody take action like this at the other hotels in Asia.
