A hotel with one of the finest levels of service and hospitality we’ve experienced anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot!). The staff were warm, professional, and did everything possible to make our vacation perfect
The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were very comfortable
We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were gifted breakfast for four, a hot dinner, and afternoon refreshments, along with treats in the room and a beautiful flower bouquet
Free laundry service! Our clothes were returned to the room the same day, freshly cleaned
The hotel is very quiet, easy to get around from, and the staff were constantly smiling—both in the lobby and the dining room—always creating a wonderful atmosphere, even though some of them didn’t speak English and we communicated through a translation app

Everything about this place! We enjoyed our stay so much.
Unbeatable view from the living room where you can just sit and enjoy if it's raining or too hot to roam around.
The location is in the quiet side yet convenient with Lawson & 7/11 near by as well as a few noodle shop within a 2-3 minutes walk. Close to the attractions like Nanjing road (walking street) and beautiful Bund area.. It's fairly nice and beautiful walk along the way and easily to catch taxi around.
Host is very helpful and friendly. They communicate well and standby for any queries we may have. On the arrival day we arrived late and it was raining so it's a bit difficult for us to find the entrance of the building but the host standby and patiently guide us through until she made sure that we got in the accommodation safe and sound. They also handle the registration for us so one thing less to worry about.
It's a perfect home away from home as you get pretty much what you need during your stay and whatever require the host will respond promptly.
Thank you for having us and we will definitely comming back next time we plan our trip to Shanghai.

Great location with a stunning Shanghai skyline view on the upper floors. The room was huge (45m²), basically a small apartment with a kitchen. Large, comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. Good value for money - recommend!
